*This service is designed to reduce risk during the winter months and give owners confidence that their vessel is being actively monitored and cared for, even when they are not on site.

WINTER WATCH & VESSEL MONITORING:
*Winter conditions make regular visits difficult for many owners. Our Winter Watch service program provides scheduled, professional oversight to help identify issues early – before they become costly problems.
*The Winter Watch Program is offered on a weekly basis and is billed monthly
*Each Winter Watch Visit Includes:
​*Inspection of lower engine compartments for excess water
​*Verification of bilge pump operation
​*Inspection of thru-hull fittings and valves
​*Visual checks of fluids and critical systems
​*Adjustment of dock lines and shore power as needed
​*Exterior and interior condition assessment
*Following each Winter Watch visit detailed photographs are provided and delivered via weekly email updates, giving owners clear visibility into their vessel’s condition throughout the winter season.
